DOCX or PDF. Job Lobster parses your roles, titles, and skills, mines 6–10 interview-ready STAR stories from your work history, and asks a short intake (what you want next, where you’ll work, eligibility) so scoring has the signal it needs.

The intake takes five minutes. The better your answers, the fewer clarifying questions later.

We sweep 11 ATS feeds — not a scraped aggregator.

Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, BambooHR, SmartRecruiters, JazzHR, Personio, Rippling, Recruitee, Workday. Every tick the scheduler pulls fresh roles, dedupes by canonical title, and queues them for scoring.

No Indeed scraping, no LinkedIn middleman. Direct-from-employer ATS listings only.

Every role gets an honest 0–10 score against your profile.

Structured matcher pulls must-haves, partials, and missing. Gap-ceilings cap roles where you don’t meet a hard requirement — a role where the eligibility (visa, remote, location) blocks you will never read as 9/10. You see the caps, the rule that fired, and the coverage.

Calibrated with Opus 4.7. Scores are recomputed when your profile changes — no stale shortlist.

Resume rewritten bullet-by-bullet against the JD. Cover letter drafted from your intake, not a template. Outreach message ready to paste. Streamed live so you see drafts as they’re written and can abort if it’s off.
