Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The quiz, free tools, resume template downloads, and useful previews are free so you can get signal before paying.
What does Pro include?
Pro is the paid JobLobster product. It includes role discovery, match scoring, tailored resumes and cover letters, interview prep, application tracking, follow-up help, and personal agent workflows.
Why only one paid plan?
Because most people do not want to decode tiers while job searching. Free helps you decide if JobLobster is useful; Pro unlocks the full active-search system.
What happens if I need more usage?
Start with Pro. If you need unusually heavy campaign volume, you can add more capacity from inside the app without turning the public pricing page into a credit spreadsheet.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Billing is Stripe-hosted and self-serve. Cancel from the in-app portal and your plan downgrades at the end of the billing period.
Do you sell my data?
No. Your resume, intake answers, match data, drafts, and exports are yours. You can export or delete your data from the app.
